About This Project

A fast-growing realty office needed fresh ideas for standing out and building engagement with its list of prospects. Moore Creative Strategies recommended a series of emailers explaining a service that often encounters resistance: staging a property for sale.

The project included topic ideation, keyword research, content development and recommended images for four articles on what to consider when deciding to stage or not to stage:

  1. Great return on investment
  2. A faster sale
  3. Makes moving out go smoother
  4. When it may not be needed

Response from Zosel Harper’s email contact list was resoundingly positive, and the articles were repurposed, becoming some of the highest performing on the company’s blog.
