AI is now good enough to write my holiday card for clients

Sure, generative AI might hallucinate, produce bland copy based on mimicry, or take a few prompts to get content right. But it is improving very, very fast. And it was good enough to deliver on my creative concept for my annual season’s greeting for clients: to have some fun with marketing agency holiday card cliches.



In the space of about two hours, I

  • ran my concept through Bing Chat, Chat GPT and Bard,
  • gathered research from Bard (the most useful),
  • created a graphic using a freemium chart generator (Datawrapper), and
  • lightly edited the AI-generated copy to deliver on my concept.

I was impressed with the result. You be the judge
